How can I check my order status?

Once you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view, or pay an outstanding balance. After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking “Order History” in the "My Accounts" links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.What comes in the box?

Each Item is a surprise but, some upcoming boxes are set to include items such as: bookmarks, candles, stickers, apparel, snacks, household items, accessories, decor and so much more!If you sign up on or prior to the 1st of the month you will receive that months box. Recurring payments are charged on the 1st of each month. Each month's box is shipped out on the 15th.
Nope. Let's be honest, one of the things we LOVE about the thriller genre is the mystery and suspense! So, although the book title will be posted on social media ahead of shipping, the items in the box won't be, apart from maybe the occasional sneak peek!

Can I cancel?
If you’re not LOVING your Thrillerphile Book Club Box you can cancel anytime before the 1st of the month. If you cancel after the 1st of the month you will still receive that months box and your subscription will not continue for the following month.
Since there are millions of books and millions of readers, we can not guarantee that you will get a new to you title each month. What are some great options if this happens?
